Prior to moving to Minneapolis I had been exposed to many different ethnic foods, but I had never had Vietnamese. First day here I had a run in with Pho, which is a rice noodle soup and I found love. I now get cravings. The best part is that if I walk two blocks over I have at least four different options of where to get it....mmmm. I had some tonight. Total Satisfaction!

Pho

They gave us that for breakfast in Vietnam. It's not what I thought of as a breakfast food, but pretty good! Glad you like it!
